Attorney General Richard Blumenthal speaks to an audience at the Survivors of Homicide Rally held at the State Capital April 29, 2006. The event attracted more than 100 people as well as local and state officials.
"One victim of a violent crime is one too many," Attorney General Blumenthal said at the rally. "We must do more to stop violence and help victims of violent crime and their families.
